X-Flight 5G Router — Setup Guide

Last updated on Mar 26, 2026

The X-Flight 5G Router delivers whole-home 5G internet with speeds up to 1200 Mbps.

What's in the Box

  • X-Flight 5G Router
  • Power adapter
  • Ethernet cable
  • SIM card (pre-installed or included separately)
  • Quick start guide

Setup Steps

  1. Insert the SIM card (if not pre-installed): Power off, locate the SIM slot, insert the included SIM.
  2. Connect power: Plug in the power adapter.
  3. Wait for startup: Allow 2-3 minutes for the router to boot and connect to the 5G network.
  4. Connect your devices: Find the default WiFi name and password on the router label.
  5. Activate your plan: Visit xnetwifi.com/activate if needed.

5G Coverage

The X-Flight requires 5G coverage in your area. Check coverage.xnetwifi.com to verify. In areas without 5G, the router may fall back to 4G LTE at reduced speeds.

Optimal Placement

5G signals are more sensitive to placement than 4G:

  • Place the router near a window facing the nearest cell tower if possible.
  • Elevated positions work best.
  • Avoid basements and interior rooms.
  • The router provides whole-home WiFi coverage, but a mesh system can extend coverage to larger homes.

Admin Page

The X-Flight 5G Router's admin page is accessed at attwifi.manager in your web browser (while connected to the router's WiFi or via Ethernet). The default login credentials are printed on the router label. Accessing the admin page allows changes to WiFi name, password, and other settings — contact XNET WIFI support for help with admin page configuration.

Getting Maximum Speed

  • Use Cat6a or Cat7 Ethernet cables for wired connections.
  • Ensure your devices support Wi-Fi 6 or newer for the best wireless speeds.
  • 5G speeds up to 1200 Mbps are achievable under ideal conditions; real-world speeds vary by location and congestion.
