Return and Refund Policy

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your XNET WIFI device for a refund.

Requirements

Returned items must be in original condition including:

  • All original packaging
  • All accessories (cables, adapters, SIM tools)
  • All documentation

Return Process

  1. Contact support at support@xnetwifi.com to request a return authorization.
  2. XNET WIFI provides a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Ship the device back in its original packaging.
  4. XNET inspects the returned device.
  5. If approved, your refund is processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

The 72-Hour Rule

After receiving your cancellation confirmation, you have 72 business hours to ship the device back. If the device is not returned within this window, a $100 restocking fee will be charged.

What Is NOT Refundable

  • Service plan charges (data plan fees)
  • Activation fees ($30)
  • Used or damaged devices
  • Devices missing parts or original packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items

Defective or Damaged Products

If your device arrived defective or damaged, contact support immediately. XNET will arrange a return or replacement at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Same-product exchanges are available after the original item is returned and inspected.

Leased Equipment

Leased devices remain the property of XNET WIFI. If you cancel your service or terminate the lease, you must return the leased equipment in good working condition within 14 days. XNET WIFI will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Failure to return leased equipment within 14 days may result in a replacement fee equal to the current retail value of the device. Lease fees continue until the equipment is returned and received by XNET WIFI.
