If your XNET WIFI service is not working, here is how to check whether it is a network issue.
Device Status Tool
Visit devicestatus.xnetwifi.com to check your device and network status. This tool can tell you:
- Whether your device is connected to the network
- If there are any known issues in your area
- Current network conditions
Is It an Outage or a Device Issue?
Signs of a network outage:
- Multiple devices or neighbors affected
- Device shows signal but no internet
- Device Status tool shows a known issue
Signs of a device issue:
- Only your device is affected
- No LED indicators or unusual LED behavior
- Issue started after moving or changing the device
