Getting started with XNET WIFI is simple — your device is plug-and-play with an included SIM card.
If You Purchased a Device Bundle
Your device and plan may already be activated. Simply:
- Unbox your device and insert the SIM card (if not pre-installed).
- Connect power (router) or charge the device (hotspot).
- Wait 2-3 minutes for the device to connect to the network.
- Connect your phone or laptop to the WiFi network using the credentials on the device label.
- You should have internet access. If not, contact support@xnetwifi.com for activation help.
If You Purchased a Device Separately
- Contact support@xnetwifi.com to choose your plan and billing cycle.
- Choose your network type (4G or 5G) based on your device.
- Select your data plan and billing cycle.
- Complete the purchase — a $30 activation fee applies.
- Follow the device-specific setup guide for your router or hotspot.
What You Need
- Your XNET WIFI device with the included SIM card
- Your device serial number (printed on the label on the bottom or back of the device) or SIM card number
- A credit or debit card for the subscription
- About 5 minutes
