14-Day Trial Policy

XNET WIFI offers a 14-day risk-free trial on all new purchases. Here is how it works.

Trial Terms

  • You have 14 days from the date of purchase to try your XNET WIFI service.
  • If you are not satisfied, you can cancel and return the device for a refund.

How to Cancel Within the Trial

  1. Contact support at support@xnetwifi.com or chat with us at support.xnetwifi.com.
  2. Request cancellation within 14 days of your purchase date.
  3. You will receive a cancellation confirmation.

Returning Your Device

  • You must return the device within 72 business hours of receiving your cancellation confirmation.
  • The device must be in its original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • XNET will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Failure to return the device within 72 business hours results in a $100 restocking fee.

What Is Refunded

  • Device purchase price (after inspection confirms original condition)
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days

What Is NOT Refunded

  • Service plan charges (data plan fees are non-refundable)
  • Activation fees ($30)
  • Used or damaged products
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

Leased Equipment

If you are leasing a device, the equipment remains the property of XNET WIFI. Upon cancellation, you must return the leased device in good working condition within 14 days. XNET WIFI will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Failure to return leased equipment may result in a replacement fee equal to the current retail value of the device.
