Trial Terms
- You have 14 days from the date of purchase to try your XNET WIFI service.
- If you are not satisfied, you can cancel and return the device for a refund.
How to Cancel Within the Trial
- Contact support at support@xnetwifi.com or chat with us at support.xnetwifi.com.
- Request cancellation within 14 days of your purchase date.
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation.
Returning Your Device
- You must return the device within 72 business hours of receiving your cancellation confirmation.
- The device must be in its original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- XNET will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Failure to return the device within 72 business hours results in a $100 restocking fee.
What Is Refunded
- Device purchase price (after inspection confirms original condition)
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
What Is NOT Refunded
- Service plan charges (data plan fees are non-refundable)
- Activation fees ($30)
- Used or damaged products
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
Leased Equipment
If you are leasing a device, the equipment remains the property of XNET WIFI. Upon cancellation, you must return the leased device in good working condition within 14 days. XNET WIFI will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Failure to return leased equipment may result in a replacement fee equal to the current retail value of the device.
